PHD
is the secondary media brand within the Omnicom group, working
alongside OMD. It was originally a
small British agency, part of the AMV BBDO
group. But during 2001, the brand was extended to a number of
Omnicom's standalone North American media shops to create a new
Anglo-American network. Four years later the agency began expansion into
other international markets. Although PHD is still one of the smallest media
